About the Author

Lois Ferguson, is a Registered Dietitian representing food manufacturers, marketing boards, and the government. A graduate of the University of Guelph specializing in foods and nutrition, Lois has also held positions as Director of Communications for Grocery Products Manufacturers of Canada and Director of Consumer Services as Best Foods Canada Inc.

Malibu Consulting International, established in 1992, features Lois' skills as a Home Economist and Registered Dietitian, especially in media promotions, writing food and nutrition articles, and as a talented motivational speaker.
